Refund on a Reading

To request a refund on a booking for a reading, please contact us at least 24 hours BEFORE the scheduled appointment.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the itemĀ withinĀ 14 daysĀ of your purchase.

Come into our Neutral Bay outlet (Shop 7/260 Military Rd, Neutral Bay) with your item and speak with one of our friendly staff.Ā  .

Shipping Fees

WeĀ do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order and cannot reinburse you for the cost of shipping an item back to us.
