Refund on a Reading

To request a refund on a booking for a reading, please contact us at least 24 hours BEFORE the scheduled appointment.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

Come into our Neutral Bay outlet (Shop 7/260 Military Rd, Neutral Bay) with your item and speak with one of our friendly staff.  .

1. Mail your returned item to:

2. Include in your package brief description of the fault in the item or the reason for requesting a refund. 

Shipping Fees

We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order and cannot reinburse you for the cost of shipping an item back to us.
